It's been 20 years since BMW announced its last generation 8 series. This series first introduced in 1990 and at that time this car is revolutionary in all aspects whether is the design or power. This car is BMW's first car that equipped with V12 engine. But it is just so expensive and the cost for repair and maintenance is also extremely high. So this car stopped producing in 1999. But people often call it the most successful "failure". In 2018, BMW dug up this "gold" again.

The new 8 series will have three versions which include two-door version, four-door version and convertible version. The exterior may vary across different version but in general are the regular exterior and M-performance exterior. Paint and wheels hub are customizable.

The interior is not that innovative as it's the same as BMW 2018-onward family design which you can get pretty much the same from a well-optioned 3 series vehicle. Two display screens and HUD and all the other stuff. You will be able to get from other new BMW vehicles(may be option feature) except for the shifting gear.

The power came with two options which one is 3.0L V6 Diesel Turbo engine(840d) and the other one is 4.4L V8 TwinPower Turbo engine(M850i). We don't have much information about the M8 but we expect more information will be released in the late 2019. The price is set around $240,000 to $320,000 in Australia depends on model and optioned features.
